Athletic Trainers have many different jobs to
do, and many tasks to accomplish. Among the services offered at
GHS are taping, hot and cold modality treatments, stretching,
rehabilitation, first aid, injury prevention and education, and
event coverage.
Student-athletes can receive any of theses
services by visiting the Athletic Training Room located behind
the school by the Wicall gym during normal training room hours.
These hours during the school year are: Student advisory period,
A, B and C lunches, 2:40 P.M. - 5:30 P.M. Mon.- Fri.
Students
may also schedule additional times to meet with the athletic
trainer as available to receive treatment. Below some of the
services provided are shown.
