Galesburg High School is equipped with a functional facility which includes the essentials in athletic training. The athletic training room includes one full sized whirlpool and one miniature whirlpool with both hot and cold capabilities. It also has a full crushed ice machine and a full sized hydroculator which contains an assortment of hot packs to treat a multitude of injuries.
    Three treatment tables allow for student athletes to receive therapy as well as be taped before practice and competition.
    A full complement of rehabilitation equipment from resistance bands to ankle weights, and the adjacent weight room, also increases the capabilities and diversity of the high school athletic training room that serves the community so well.
