Do you know someone who should be considered for the
Galesburg High School Athletic Hall of
Fame?
Nominations can be
made by either:
1. Filling out and
mailing this
Nomination Form
2. Emailing the
Athletic Director
The selection committee will meet sometime in August to review all new and previously nominated individuals and
teams. A final "voting" meeting will be scheduled at a later date.
* Class of 2006 grads are now eligible. |

Qualifications: |
|
|
1. Those who participated in
Galesburg High School athletics having earned a letter in
particular sport or sports for a least two years. In addition,
received All-Conference-District-Sectional or State honors. The
athlete must have been graduated from Galesburg High School and
been out of school for more than five (5) years.
2. A Galesburg High School
graduate who participated in Galesburg High School athletics and
competed in college athletics or has attained a profession in
athletics. This person also must have been out of school for more
than five (5) years.
3. Coaches at Galesburg High
School, past or present.
4. Those who have given
meritorious service to the athletic program at Galesburg High
School.
5. A Galesburg High School team
which has attained record status or State recognition. |
